Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2+ support for escalated requests and incidents related to Anduril’s Corporate Technology services and infrastructure
- Monitor network and system health, respond to alerts, and ensure high availability and performance of critical services
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise networking systems, datacenter infrastructure, and cloud-based environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to perform system maintenance, upgrades, and replacements across Corporate Technology infrastructure
- Identify recurring issues and patterns, proposing and implementing automation to reduce manual workloads
