Senior Technical Account Manager, Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers, building trusted relationships with technical teams and operations leaders.
• Conduct regular technical health checks, system reviews, and deployment assessments to identify risks and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, performing advanced troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and integrations.
• Travel onsite to support hardware diagnostics, network troubleshooting, and critical operational failures.
• Manage multiple customer engagements with defined fractional allocations, balancing proactive work, reactive support, and internal initiatives.
