• Set the program’s research agenda and design tabletop exercises as empirical studies
• Build the program's measurement, including pre- and post-exercise assessments, decision logs, and transcript analysis
• Turn exercise results into findings and brief internal/external senior leaders
• Hire, manage, and develop a team and a bench of exercise facilitators
• Direct and create tools behind the exercises, including Claude-driven simulations
