Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the target architecture for the HealthShare platform, ensuring its evolution towards adoptable, upgradeable, and operationally efficient services.
• Drive architectural evolution from deployment-specific patterns to reusable platform services, supporting multi-tenant capable, cloud-deployable, and operationally manageable designs.
• Partner with Product Management to align architectural investments with product goals and roadmap priorities, preventing short-term decisions that increase downstream costs.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards across teams, guiding technical strategy for healthcare interoperability and reviewing major technical designs.
• Mentor senior engineers and architects to raise the quality of technical decision-making and reduce technical debt that limits scalability or delivery speed.
