Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical owner of the existing NetSuite environment, providing Tier 2/3 production support.
• Triage NetSuite production incidents to root cause and drive them to durable resolution.
• Design, build, test, and deploy minor enhancements to SuiteScript 2.x and SuiteFlow workflows.
• Own day-to-day support of the NetSuite integrations with Deposco WMS, Salesforce, and Jitterbit.
• Monitor NetSuite scheduled jobs, Map/Reduce queues, and integration health.
