Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and delivery of the AI Platform, taking the product from its current state to a market-leading, developer-first platform.
• Own the P&L for the business unit, managing the budget for R&D, infrastructure/inference costs, and headcount planning.
• Build and lead a distributed high-performance R&D organization, managing Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design.
• Build the technical vision for the AI area and lead technologists and product managers to document and evangelize the strategy.
• Act as the "technical face" of the product for strategic customers, partners, and the open-source community.
