• Establish and scale MongoDB’s Modernization Services practice, delivering measurable value for enterprises shifting away from legacy platforms.
• Develop and scale a services as a software business model, continuously building and improving AI-powered tooling, frameworks, automation, and playbooks.
• Lead a team of modernization experts to deliver high-impact engagements for complex enterprises and partner with GTM field teams to drive expansion and upsell.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent, fostering an engineering-first culture and creating structured career growth programs.
• Shape MongoDB’s modernization roadmap, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership, and act as a thought leader in modernization.
