• Acquire and maintain a solid understanding of the development toolchain to contribute features, improvements, and bug fixes.
• Participate in the complete lifecycle of a feature, contributing to planning, development, release, and customer support.
• Ensure high code quality and maintainability by writing unit and integration tests and documenting work thoroughly.
• Plan solutions ahead of writing code, recognizing and reusing existing patterns and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, review documented proposals (RFCs/RFDs), and provide thoughtful peer feedback.
