Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end cloud architectures for InterSystems IRIS-based solutions, ensuring scalability, resiliency, performance, and compliance.
• Establish technical roadmaps and standards for infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, and security across multiple cloud providers.
• Build, deploy, orchestrate, and automate application and infrastructure packages using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager, and Kubernetes-based tooling.
• Coach and develop senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and psychological safety.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption where they add measurable value.
