Responsibilities
- Own the "understand" half of reporting end-to-end, including data models, builder experience, curated reports, drill-down behavior, mobile experience, and migration.
- Own the "anticipate" half of reporting in partnership with the AI team, surfacing insights and suggestions to help operators hit their goals.
- Define the data foundation to scale reporting across the full restaurant business (sales, menu, guests, payouts, labor, loyalty).
- Make reporting a key reason restaurants choose and stay with Owner.
- Act as the voice for customers, translating feedback into product priorities.
