Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI systems for rare disease research workflows, including conversation logic, gathering rules, and confirmation steps
• Model outputs in Pydantic and implement structured outputs and tool calling for validation and traceability
• Write, version, and regression test prompts and output schemas behind clinical and scientific reasoning tasks
• Design and build offline evaluation suites, golden sets, and model-based graders for complex tasks
• Manage asynchronous and concurrent Python code to support low-latency streaming of multi-step LLM workflows
