Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reproducible pipelines for diverse biomedical data types including genomic, transcriptomic, single-cell, and clinical datasets.
• Support NCI CBIIT labs in multi-omics analysis workflows including bulk RNA-seq and single-cell RNA-seq.
• Enable reliable data movement from source systems into structured, analysis-ready formats while tracking provenance and metadata.
• Apply statistical and machine learning methods to biomedical datasets, incorporating AI/LLM-based extraction where appropriate.
• Build and support interactive dashboards, notebooks, and APIs to enable researchers to explore clinical and multi-omics data.
