Responsibilities
- Partner with data scientists and clinical experts to shape how we define provider performance metrics, apply statistical rules, and model provider behavior.
- Drive the evolution and construction of tools used to write, assess, and combine rules measuring provider behaviors.
- Build and maintain data-driven algorithms, including AI and machine learning models, to improve provider recommendations estimates.
- Design scalable data pipelines that ingest, clean, and enrich healthcare provider data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, research, and operations teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
