Responsibilities
- Identify and measure success of product efforts through goal setting, AB testing, forecasting, and monitoring of key product metrics to understand trends.
- Own projects end to end including problem definition, implementation, validation, & iteration.
- Research, develop, and maintain data pipelines, statistical models, and advanced analytical solutions, including AI & machine learning models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, product leaders, engineering & operations teams to shape how we define product & member engagement metrics, apply statistical rules, and model member behavior.
- Synthesize & present your work to Garner leadership to drive company level decisions.
