Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers and clinical experts to lead projects shaping how Garner defines and measures provider cost and quality.
- Drive the evolution and construction of tools used to write, assess, and combine rules measuring provider behaviors.
- Build and maintain data-driven algorithms, including AI and machine learning models, to improve provider recommendations estimates.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for statistical modeling, improving methods for evaluating current models and future changes.
- Define data science standards and best practices, and mentor team members to raise the technical capabilities of the data science team.
