• Design and build end-to-end reinforcement learning environments for chemistry, including task design, data curation, and automated grading
• Design and source new experimental datasets and evaluations with bench chemists and external research partners
• Develop evaluations measuring model performance on tasks like reaction outcome prediction, synthesis planning, and compound design
• Run training experiments with AI research teams to analyze model failure modes in chemistry
• Ensure chemistry datasets and environments are high quality, well-documented, and properly split for training/testing
