Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and iterate on experimental programs including molecular biology, biochemistry, protein/nucleic acid characterization, high-throughput functional screens, and assay development.
• Partner with computational biologists to design experiments that produce high-quality, analysis-ready data and inform subsequent analysis.
• Generate and prioritize hypotheses by combining experimental judgment with literature, biological knowledge bases, and computational predictions.
• Utilize Claude and internal agent frameworks for experimental planning, protocol development, and data interpretation, providing feedback to model-improvement and product teams.
