Responsibilities

• Build, run, and maintain high-throughput biological analysis pipelines, including sequence analysis at petabyte scale and structural bioinformatics.
• Partner directly with experimental biologists to design experiments and quickly analyze resulting data to inform iterative programs.
• Stand up and maintain the team's computational infrastructure, including data ingestion, workflow orchestration, internal databases, and interfaces.
• Utilize Claude and internal agent frameworks to optimize research processes and feed findings back into model-improvement workflows.
