Responsibilities

Build, run, and maintain high-throughput biological analysis pipelines, including sequence analysis at petabyte scale and structural bioinformatics.
Partner directly with experimental biologists to design experiments and quickly analyze resulting data to inform iterative programs.
Stand up and maintain the team's computational infrastructure, including data ingestion, workflow orchestration, internal databases, and interfaces.
Utilize Claude and internal agent frameworks to optimize research processes and feed findings back into model-improvement workflows.
