Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain standard and custom Salesforce configuration including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and Flow automations to support complex business processes.
  • Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and other GTM tools (marketing automation, data warehouses, product analytics, customer success platforms, etc.).
  • Ensure data integrity, design data models, manage data migration projects, and implement governance frameworks across the GTM tech stack.
  • Build scalable and automated solutions that streamline lead routing, opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure reliability and scalability as the organization grows.
