Responsibilities
- Run manual and exploratory testing across new features, regressions, and edge cases for web, mobile, and integrations.
- Own final QA sign-off for production releases, ensuring critical paths work before shipment.
- Maintain regression suites and identify unintended side effects from new code or config changes.
- Write clear, reproducible bug reports with detailed steps, screenshots, and severity, and verify fixes.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements, reproduce issues, and maintain QA standards.
