Responsibilities
- Drive the product development lifecycle for features across the Unified Access program, potentially focusing on local scanning and remediation for developer secrets, credential discovery/management, advanced governance for developer secrets, or conditional access policies.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure they remain unblocked and aligned with the North Star customer experience.
- Represent the "voice of the customer" in agile ceremonies and other cross-functional meetings.
- Build customer empathy through interviews, conversations, and aggregation of customer interactions.
- Help mature the Product Management craft at 1Password, including the use of AI.
