Responsibilities
- Support the Device Trust product team in delivering enhanced experiences for customers implementing device security and managing emerging device risks.
- Contribute to the discovery, definition, and execution of product work, collaborating with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market partners.
- Develop a high-level understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem, common frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust), and best practices.
- Familiarize yourself with IAM systems, authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth/OIDC, SAML, MFA), and their integration with Device Trust workflows.
- Translate product initiatives into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, FAQs, and release notes to communicate customer value.
