Responsibilities

• Facilitate the datacenters RoundTrip process through managing customer order fulfilment, inventory logistics, and repair of data storage devices.
• Assist Data Center Technicians with the movement and installation of datacenter equipment.
• Run and navigate command line procedures to facilitate data transfer and communicate with support staff regarding hardware and shipment updates.
• Conduct daily inspections of all Kaseya related RoundTrip Hardware and process HDD RMA shipments, coordinating failed drive destruction.
• Run hardware diagnostics and replace failing parts in a timely manner (RAM, PSUs, Hard drives, etc.).
