Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via service desk and other channels, logging, categorizing, prioritizing, and resolving/escalating issues.
- Assist with identity and access management using Okta, including sign-in issues, MFA, and basic SSO troubleshooting.
- Perform administration and troubleshooting for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 collaboration suites.
- Manage Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, including equipment preparation, access provisioning/deprovisioning, and asset recovery.
- Provide endpoint support and device deployment/management for macOS/iOS and Windows devices using Jamf and Microsoft Intune.
