Responsibilities
- Select and implement SSO, bring apps behind it, and enforce MFA across the organization
- Stand up device management (MDM) across Mac and Windows platforms including enrollment and patching
- Administer Google Workspace, defining role-based permissions, access reviews, and security settings
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for hardware, software, and account access
- Provide IT helpdesk support for all staff hardware, software, and workspace connectivity needs
