Responsibilities
- Design, build, and architect ServiceNow configurations and customizations, including daily administration.
- Oversee system health, managing platform upgrades, patches, cloning, and scheduled jobs.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, scripted APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, and MID Server.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, monitor data flows, and maintain stable, secure connectivity.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams with Finance and Engineering to ensure SOX Compliance through automation.
