Senior Program Manager, Sales Engineering (New Products)

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvements in the efficiency, quality and impact of the Global Sales Engineering Team.
• Partner with Senior Leadership to plan, budget for, and deliver key operational programs that drive Samsara’s Global Sales Engineering Team.
• Lead strategic projects centered around new product releases in support of Samsara’s long term growth.
• Bring the voice of the customer to the organization to provide insight and guide investment decisions.
• Work with enablement teams on talent management strategy, focusing on technical sales demonstrations across the entire product portfolio.
