Responsibilities

• Own the entire onboard software ecosystem of the ALTIUS-600 platform across mission autonomy, core infrastructure, tactical C2, and flight software (VMS)
• Lead, resource, and guide a high-performing engineering team of 5+ people to deliver against VMS roadmaps and defined project objectives
• Lead the architecture, design, and execution of complex systems integrating hardware and software components
• Collaborate regularly with cross-functional team leaders across GNC, Avionics, Systems, and Hardware to align on goals and initiatives
• Attract, retain, and mentor top talent in software and robotics engineering to foster a high-performing team environment
