Technical Program Lead - Avalanche Foundation

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery across cross-functional and cross-organizational workstreams, from scoping to launch and retrospective.
• Develop program plans with clear milestones, dependencies, risk registers, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate across engineering, research, security, legal, and finance teams, resolving blockers and ensuring alignment.
• Draft and scope technical Statements of Work for external software development, protocol integrations, and security audit engagements.
• Manage security audit programs end-to-end, tracking findings to remediation and sign-off.
