Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows, automations, apps, and agents to eliminate manual lift across Recruiting and People operations
- Own Dust agent architecture, building and maintaining agents, skills, and connectors to support recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers
- Build and maintain automation across the recruiting funnel, including sourcing outreach, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
- Partner with People Systems and People Operations on automations touching system architecture, data structure, and process execution
- Evaluate, pilot, and implement new AI and workflow tools to continuously reduce manual effort for the team
