- Own recruiting analytics end-to-end, building and maintaining dashboards and reporting infrastructure for Recruiting leadership.
- Build headcount and velocity models to translate hiring targets into pipeline math and tie it to recruiter capacity and prioritization.
- Define core recruiting metrics and their definitions, documenting them and building toward a single source of truth.
- Bring signal to pipeline leadership reviews with crisp analysis and recommendations.
- Use data to identify and improve areas of process, calibration, or prioritization creating drag in the recruiting system.
