Responsibilities

• Build deep connections with people team stakeholders (HRBPs, TA, Total Rewards, and business leaders) to influence decisions with actionable data insights.
• Design, implement, and analyze employee listening programs such as engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and exit interviews.
• Draft people data narratives to translate metrics and dashboards into strategic business stories for senior leadership.
• Build scalable, self-serve dashboards and reporting tools utilizing AI and automation to reduce reliance on central teams.
• Support compensation and performance cycles, headcount planning, and data governance initiatives.
