- Build an intimate understanding of complex banking, financial, and legal workflows of users.
- Deeply understand customer stakeholders and serve as a trusted AI advisor to drive value and growth.
- Identify and capture value with customers, driving the land-and-expand commercial strategy.
- Define and constantly enhance internal processes and workflows to shape the post-sales team and improve customer experience.
