• Develop and iterate on an advanced Learning Management System with a focus on seamless UX, adaptive learning, peer-to-peer engagement, gamification, and motivational mechanisms.
• Empower graduates to find jobs and match clinical partners by applying generative AI to the job-seeking process.
• Generate and maintain content at scale that adapts to evolving educational needs, building technology to create new curricula efficiently.
• Make data reliable and accessible to enable data-driven decisions across business, learning, and operations teams.
