Responsibilities

Accelerate the design and performance of automation and integration into platforms (Envision X, AIR, Sidekick).
Architecturally design multiple platforms including Automation Point, OPS/MVS, and z/OSMF.
Engineer solutions to bridge tool capabilities with business requirements for a superior client experience.
Identify and design solutions that reduce or eliminate human intervention by automating corrective steps in response to specific alert types.
Assess and analyze the performance of existing tools to identify gaps and opportunities for proactive issue detection.
