• Lead development partners and general contractors to deliver data center capacity on the fastest possible schedule.
• Confirm deal readiness and validate transaction viability from Letter of Intent (LOI) through lease execution.
• Serve as Anthropic's primary post-deal contact to track construction progress and facilitate stakeholder coordination.
• Represent Anthropic in key technical and operational decisions required during the facility development process.
• Drive seamless operational handoffs to networking and deployment teams for rapid workload turn-ups.
