Responsibilities

• Own the cross-workstream delivery contract, integrated critical path, shared dependencies, and program-level launch gates for designated multi-workstream programs.
• Drive cross-workstream sequencing, capacity tradeoffs, and resource conflict resolution within agreed scope.
• Establish and run an integrated, program-level decision and dependency cadence to streamline alignment.
• Define and enforce integrated launch and handoff gates, including the authority to call a readiness hold when criteria are not met.
• Provide leadership with a forward-looking view of program health, material risks, decisions required, and the integrated path to production and scale.
