Responsibilities
- Lead complex, 0-to-1 client engagements from discovery to launch and adoption.
- Translate ambiguous business goals into clear engineering specifications for data systems and AI-driven applications.
- Partner with clients to unify sales data, build AI layers on operational systems, and replace spreadsheet reporting.
- Help build internal playbooks, delivery templates, and data models to scale Paradox.
- Contribute to proposals and shape solution approaches for prospective clients as a founding team member.
