Responsibilities

• Lead execution of projects with a defined scope, translating goals into concrete delivery plans and trackable milestones.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and upstream/downstream dependencies in partnership with senior TPMs.
• Maintain alignment across cross-functional engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Communicate project vision, status updates, and success criteria clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers to identify technical gaps and apply sound technical judgment to evaluate solutions.
