Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic and operational extension of the VP of Data Center Design, driving execution, alignment, and efficiency across the Design organization.
• Partner closely with leadership to manage priorities, coordinate complex design programs, and ensure clear communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Support the VP in managing priorities, tracking execution of key initiatives, and ensuring the design organization operates with clarity and efficiency.
• Coordinate complex design programs, support team planning and resourcing, and translate technical work into clear, actionable updates for leadership.
• Analyze schedules, resource plans, and technical inputs to support informed decision-making.
