Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision, platform architecture, and roadmap alongside the founders
• Write high-quality code and remain hands-on across the frontend, backend, data, and AI stack
• Hire, lead, and mentor the engineering team while defining processes, standards, and engineering culture
• Interact directly with customers to turn business and operational challenges into shipped features
• Ensure the reliability, security, and data integrity of the autopilot inventory management platform
