Responsibilities

• Own designated P2P sub-processes end to end including process mapping, baseline metrics, and workflow redesign.
• Translate business pain points raised by stakeholders into structured requirements and technical solution designs aligned with data governance rules.
• Design, deploy, and scale workflow automations directly within platforms like ZIP, SAP, NetSuite, and custom LLM/AI triaging systems.
• Build and maintain critical P2P datasets, dashboards, and metrics to report on cycle times, compliance, and automation coverage.
• Manage the end-to-end adoption and change management of built solutions through training, enablement, and structured communications.
