Responsibilities
- Own the full client lifecycle for MLB and NCAA partner teams, ensuring partners consistently get value from the platform.
- Build and maintain a unified client health dashboard that consolidates Google Cloud, API, and web application usage into a single view of platform observability.
- Drive NCAA trial program outcomes in close coordination with Customer Success, with the goal of converting trials to paid partnerships.
- Validate model outputs and platform releases against baseball intuition before they reach partners.
- Feed partner insights back into the product roadmap by advocating internally for what front offices and coaching staffs actually need.
