Responsibilities

• Define and own the measurement framework for AI and App Experience metrics, serving as the source of truth for analytics teams and stakeholders.
• Set the strategy for understanding engagement, adoption, and quality of AI-powered features, anticipating changes in member interaction.
• Raise the methodological bar for high-stakes analyses and define standards for understanding member experience with the app and AI features.
• Partner strategically with leaders across Product, Design, Engineering, Operations & Member Experience, and Marketing.
• Lead first-of-its-kind analyses and mentor other data scientists through proactive inquisitiveness and data dexterity.
