Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand and tailor training content to meet their needs and organizational goals.
• Produce new and leverage existing training materials in accordance with team standards and brand guidelines.
• Deliver high quality and engaging live and recorded training sessions to new and existing customers.
• Demonstrate expertise across the Samsara platform and answer a range of questions from customers during training.
• Collaborate closely with the Education team and other stakeholders to shape content and share customer feedback.
