Responsibilities

• Lead hardware engineering projects from product concept to mass production, partnering with various engineering and product teams.
• Ensure tight cross-functional coordination and communication between EE, PD, Firmware, Full Stack, QA, Product Management, and Operations teams.
• Identify innovative ways to reduce time to market, improve product functionality, and reduce costs.
• Plan and execute engineering xVT builds and coordinate with Supply Chain Management and New Product Introduction teams to ensure production readiness.
• Manage internal and external communications and coordinate development and design processes, including design reviews and approvals.
