Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end deployment and migration for enterprise Email/SMS customers, from technical discovery through successful production launch
• Lead technical discovery and implementation workshops to translate customer requirements into scalable messaging architectures
• Assess customers' existing ESP and messaging infrastructure to develop risk-managed migration plans
• Lead SMS provisioning and implementation, including sender setup, carrier requirements, and registration
• Partner with Deliverability Specialists on sender authentication, domain/IP strategy, and deliverability readiness
