Responsibilities
- Own customer implementation engagements end to end, from onboarding through go live.
- Design and implement technical solutions, including SDK and API integrations, while managing timeline, scope, and stakeholder alignment.
- Act as the technical conduit between Braze and customer product/engineering teams.
- Document stakeholder roles, technical requirements, and integration details to support smooth handoffs.
- Continually improve delivery and technical processes while conducting enablement training and workshops.
