Responsibilities
- Own customer implementation engagements end-to-end, from onboarding through go-live
- Design and implement technical solutions, including SDK and API integrations
- Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business and technical goals
- Act as the technical conduit between Braze and customer product and engineering teams
- Monitor project progress and resolve project and technical roadblocks to keep engagements on time
