Responsibilities
- Own project delivery and technical solutioning for customer implementation engagements from onboarding to go live
- Design and implement technical solutions, including SDK and API integrations
- Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business/technical goals and build trusted relationships
- Serve as the technical conduit between Braze and customer product/engineering teams
- Document technical requirements, integration details, and deliver customer enablement workshops
